The Covington – Aliso Viejo, CA

A full indoor and outdoor renovation of the residential community’s shared spaces and grounds.

Project Overview

CDM Construction Inc. completed a full renovation, indoor and outdoor, at The Covington in Aliso Viejo, California.

The work touched the spaces residents share most, from the double-height lobby and the great room to the fountain courtyard, the patios and the garden walks, and brought them to one consistent standard of finish.
