Project Overview
CDM Construction Inc. completed a full guest room renovation at Shutters on the Beach, including the renovation of all the ADA rooms, the pool area and the exterior.
Work at an oceanfront hotel of this standing is as much about coordination as construction. Rooms were renovated to a consistent finish, accessible rooms were brought to the same level of comfort as every other room, and the outdoor spaces guests see first were renewed with them.
Project Details
The renovation reached every guest room and every ADA-accessible room, then carried out to the pool deck and the hotel’s exterior, so the beachfront property reads as one refreshed whole from the sand.
