These Terms & Conditions govern your use of cdmconstruction.com (the “Website”), operated by CDM Construction Inc. (“CDM,” “we,” “our” or “us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

In these terms, “you” and “your” mean the person using the Website, and “content” means the text, photographs, project descriptions, logos, documents and other material published on it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you share with us and forms part of these terms.

You may browse the Website, contact us through it and download the forms we publish for your own personal or business use. When you use the Website, you agree not to:

• use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else’s rights;
• submit false, misleading or malicious information through the contact form;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its hosting or any connected system;
• send spam, run automated scraping or otherwise interfere with the Website’s normal operation.

Unless otherwise stated, CDM Construction Inc. or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in all content on the Website, and all rights are reserved. Some project photographs may belong to the owners, architects or photographers of those projects, and remain their property.

You may view and print pages for your own reference. You must not, without our written permission:

• use our name, logo or project photographs in a way that suggests we endorse you or your business.

Government agencies, search engines, news organizations, online directories and trade associations may link to our home page or to other pages without prior approval, as long as the link is not misleading, does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement, and fits the context of the linking site.

Any other organization that would like to link to the Website, or to use our logo in a link, should ask us first through our contact page. You may not frame the Website or alter how its pages appear. We may ask you to remove a link to the Website at any time, and you agree to do so promptly.

The project descriptions, figures and photographs in our portfolio show past work for general information. They are not an offer, a bid, a guarantee of cost or schedule, or a promise that a future project will turn out the same way.

Submitting the contact form or downloading a form does not create a contract or a client relationship. Any construction work we perform is governed only by a written agreement signed by CDM Construction Inc. and the owner or contractor we work for.

The subcontractor qualification package and W-9 on our subcontractors page are provided so trade partners can apply to work with us. Submitting them does not guarantee that you will be qualified, invited to bid or awarded work. Please keep a copy of anything you send us, and make sure the information you provide is complete and accurate.

The Website may link to websites we do not operate, such as our Instagram profile or a map of our office. We provide those links for convenience only. We do not control, endorse or take responsibility for their content, availability or privacy practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy or reliability of its content, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CDM Construction Inc. will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or its content.
